Solemn Statement: Vigilance Against Illegal Platforms Impersonating "Founder Securities (Hong Kong)"
致廣大投資者 / To All Investors:
方正證券（香港）金融控股有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱「本司」）近日接獲舉報(bào)，有不法分子冒用本司及下屬公司名義，通過(guò)名為**「方正資產(chǎn)管理（香港）金控」**的非法手機(jī)應(yīng)用程式（APP），誘導(dǎo)投資者參與所謂的「海菲曼」、「固德電材」等虛假定增項(xiàng)目。
Founder Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holding Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has recently received reports of unauthorized parties impersonating the Company and its subsidiaries. These parties are using a fraudulent mobile application named "Founder Asset Management (Hong Kong) Financial Holding" (方正資產(chǎn)管理（香港）金控) to induce investors into fictitious "Private Placement Projects" such as "Hifiman" and "Goodark Electronic Materials."
為保護(hù)投資者利益，本司特此聲明如下： To protect the interests of investors, the Company hereby states as follows:
一、 澄清與核實(shí) / Clarification and Verification
1 無(wú)任何關(guān)聯(lián) / No Affiliation: 上述「方正資產(chǎn)管理（香港）金控」APP、相關(guān)網(wǎng)址及所有投資項(xiàng)目，均非本司開(kāi)發(fā)、營(yíng)運(yùn)或授權(quán)。本司與該平臺(tái)及其運(yùn)作主體不存在任何法律或業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系。 The aforementioned APP, its related websites, and all investment projects are not developed, operated, or authorized by the Company. There is no legal or business relationship between the Company and the entities operating the said platform.
2 非法承諾 / Illegitimate Promises: 該平臺(tái)承諾之「日收益率0.8%」及「保本保息」等內(nèi)容純屬詐騙。本司嚴(yán)格遵守相關(guān)金融監(jiān)管法規(guī)，從不提供此類非法回報(bào)承諾。 Promises of "0.8% daily returns" and "guaranteed principal" are fraudulent. The Company strictly complies with financial regulations and never offers such illegitimate return guarantees.
二、 官方渠道 / Official Channels
1 唯一官方途徑 / Sole Official Route: 本司所有業(yè)務(wù)資訊及交易操作均僅通過(guò)官方網(wǎng)站（http://winemallcn.com）及受監(jiān)管之官方軟體進(jìn)行。 All business information and trading operations are conducted exclusively through our official website (http://winemallcn.com) and regulated official software.
2 入金安全 / Deposit Security: 本司絕不會(huì)要求投資者將資金匯入任何個(gè)人銀行賬戶、第三方私人支付工具（如微信、支付寶個(gè)人轉(zhuǎn)賬），或非本司名義之對(duì)公賬戶。 The Company will never request investors to remit funds into individual bank accounts, third-party private payment tools, or corporate accounts not held in the official name of the Company.
三、 法律追究 / Legal Prosecution
對(duì)于任何冒用本司名義、損害本司聲譽(yù)及欺詐投資者的機(jī)構(gòu)或個(gè)人，本司表示強(qiáng)烈譴責(zé)，并保留采取法律行動(dòng)并追究其一切法律責(zé)任的權(quán)利。 The Company strongly condemns any institution or individual impersonating the Company or defrauding investors. The Company reserves the right to take legal action and pursue all legal liabilities against such parties.
四、 報(bào)警提示 / Reporting Procedures
若投資者已在上述非法平臺(tái)遭受損失，請(qǐng)務(wù)必保留證據(jù)，立即向當(dāng)?shù)毓矙C(jī)關(guān)或監(jiān)管部門報(bào)案。 If you have suffered financial loss through the aforementioned illegal platform, please preserve all evidence and immediately report the matter to your local public security authorities or regulatory bodies.
